Adult swim diapers are available in white with solid colors toppers in the size of your choice. Made from PUL fabric with fleece waist band and fleece leg cuffs these are 100% polyester. Inside you'll find gussets that will keep everything in. This piece is a pul shell only,, there is no absorbent padding in it. Booster pad might be used with these swim diapers but it is not included with swim diaper. Booster pads are available to purchase separately. The sizing and fit is exactly the same as my pull up training pants. Measurements for size small are: waist/hip 26"-35" (65cm-84cm), rise 29" (74cm). Medium's measurements are: waist/hip - 32" to 40" (82cm-97cm), rise - 32" (82cm). Measurements for large are: waist/hip 37"-47" (94cm-115cm), rise 32" (82cm). X-Large's measurements are 44"-56"(112cm-137cm) waist/hip, 36"(92cm) rise. When ordering, please provide your measurements for waist, hips and leg openings so I can adjust elastic length to your needs. These are actual measurements, NOT pant sizes. These run a little bigger than aio diapers so if you're in between two sizes-you should go with a smaller one. Email with any questions
